The grapes of the individual lots can be separately fermented under best conditions and can be stored in cool modern underground cellars. Our business decisions are always – and in every step of the process – made under the aspect of quality.
At the moment, the ICARIO vineyards contain about 22 hectares and lie about 450 to 550 meters above the sea level. Primarily grown is the important grape variety of Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese), which is the essential component of most Tuscan wines.
